Gold membership offers a number of benefits:

   •Free Consolidation : Gold members enjoy package consolidation services for up to 5 packages and Platinum member for up to 10 packages. Without a Gold and Platinum membership, you will be charged a $4.00 USD processing fee per package received.
   •Longer storage: Gold and Platinum members can hold packages for up to thirty (30) days at no charge.
   •Personal Shopper discounts: Gold and Platinum members pay lower rates than Free members for Personal Shopper services.

When you login to your account you can:

   1.  Check if your merchandise has been received.
   2.  Create a Ship Request.
   3.  Check the Status of your Shipments.

Absolutely.  Simply log in to your "My Account" and edit your delivery address within the "My Addresses" section. You can also change your delivery address at the time of creating a shipping order.
