Storage, Consolidation, Repack and Domestic Returns Assistance are services we offer at your Korea Address. 
Use these services (if applicable) to save on international shipping.

We offer 2 Type of Storage plan :
- 5 days of free storage for Free Member
- 30 days of free storage for Gold and Platinum Member
at your Korea Address while you wait for your packages to arrive for consolidation.

Storage size :
- 100 litre (52X48X40CM) for Free Member and Gold Member
- 200 litre (52X48X40CM) x 2 boxes for Platinum Member

After 5 and 30 days, we charge US$1 a day per package

Have two or more packages you want to ship internationally? 
Select to ship them all at the same time to save on shipping costs (this will count as one shipment). Shipping them separately will cost much more than combining them together into one shipment.

Note : The base charge (for the first half-kilo) of international shipping is always more than the subsequent half-kilo charges. When packages are shipped separately, each package will have to bear the base charge. Ship them together (consolidate them into one shipment) and you’ll pay only once for the base charge!

Repack is a service that is offered to reduce your shipping charge when

  • we are able to reduce the volumetric weight of a package
  • when the volumetric weight of a package is at least 2kg more than the actual weight
  • and by repacking, your original package contents are not compromised
  • 1

As MyKoreaBox is neither a retailer nor a reseller, please note that we are unable to make the final decision on merchant/reseller returns. However, we will certainly help you process your returns should you require it.

Charges
We charge a returns administrative fee of US $25 per shipment. 
You will also have to bear the cost of domestic shipping, if any, along with any additional charges levied by the merchant.

Below please find the necessary steps you need to take to return items from your Korea address to merchants.

1. Check the merchant's return policy. Points to note;

     1.1 is your item eligible for returns?
           Some items may only be eligible for replacements
     1.2 the mode of refund. 
          Some merchants may offer refunds in the form of shopping credits/ vouchers etc.
     1.3 the returns window period. 
           Most Korea Online merchants have a return window period of between 7 to 15 days

If you are able to proceed with the returns, get the following from the merchant
      - a commercial invoice
      - a returns label
      - a returns authorization reference number (RMA reference number), if applicable

2. Email us with details on which package(s) or item(s) you wish to return. 
      Please also provide us with
      - a copy of the returns label and
      - a returns authorization reference number (RMA reference number), if applicable, from the merchant

3. We will email you the applicable charges for returning your package(s)/item(s). 
      This includes the
      - returns administrative fees and
      - domestic shipping fees, if applicable

Make payment at MyAccount > MyKoreabox Address > Your Mailbox URL > Payment Requests

4.After payment, allow 2 business days for our MyKoreaBox office to process the returns.
After the item(s) have been returned to the merchant, ensure that you receive a refund from them. 

Refund policies and dates vary from merchant to merchant. You will need to liaise directly with the merchant if there are any delays in the refund process.

 

1. Email us which package or item you'd like to return.

2. We will check the merchant’s returns policy for you and obtain from them,
     - a returns label together with
     - a returns authorization reference number (RMA reference number) if applicable

3. We will email you the applicable charges for returning your package(s)/item(s).
      This includes the
      - returns administrative fees and
      - domestic shipping fees, if applicable

4. Allow 2 business days for our MyKoreaBox office to process the returns. 

Within 7 business days of receiving a refund from the merchant for your item(s), we will transfer this refund to your payment method, less any applicable charges (administrative fees and domestic shipping fees etc).
